Sam’s Garage OPGI Feature: 1967 Cadillac DeVille

In this episode of Sam’s Garage, Sam Mahdavi installs one of our popular fuel tanks on a 1967 Cadillac DeVille. 

Our Cadillac fuel tanks feature the lock ring and gasket for the installation of the fuel sending unit. Tanks also include the necessary vent and return line connections as well as the filler neck where specified. Rather than arc welding which can become brittle and subject to premature cracking, our RestoParts® tanks are manufactured using superior methods for increased strength and durability. These methods can withstand constant road vibrations without fears of cracking or leaking. GALVANIZED TANKS feature a double-sided zinc coating for corrosion resistance. All seams and components are copper brazed for increased strength and durability, while a powder-coated finish is applied to each brazing area as an added layer of protection.
