We are excited to provide a recap of Original Parts Group’s fantastic experience at the SEMA Show, which took place from October 31st to November 3rd. We enjoyed showcasing some incredible vehicles and connecting with fellow automotive enthusiasts.
At the SEMA Show, we had the pleasure of meeting Dalton Oneal and displaying his stunning 1967 Cutlass. Dalton was there with his dad, Randy Oneal, and Automotive Mentor Darin Smith from DWS Classics, along with some other friends. Their presence added a personal touch to the event, making it a memorable experience.
We were also thrilled to have our valued customer, Jared Anderson, display his 1966 Cadillac at our booth. Jared, a local Nevada resident, happened to have his remarkable Cadillac stored less than 10 miles from the Convention Center, making it incredibly convenient. He got it cleaned up and drove it to the Convention Center early Sunday to stage it for the Show. It was nice making this dream of displaying his Cadillac in our booth a reality.
The Rust Bros paid a visit to our booth to check out some of our New RESTOPARTS, and it didn’t take long for a crowd to gather. We’ve had a history of collaboration with them and find their passion for automotive restoration just as inspiring as their fans.
The SEMA Show wouldn’t be complete without some celebrity encounters, and this year was no exception. The lovely Courtney Hansen had a significant following at our booth, with fans lining up to meet her and take photos. Her presence added a touch of glamour to the event, and we were delighted to see the excitement from all her fans.
In addition to the exciting guests and experiences, OPGI had another reason to celebrate at the SEMA Show. We were honored to accept an ARMO (Automotive Restoration Market Organization) award for our exceptional and brand new for 2023, RESTOPARTS® premium brand 1970-1972 Chevelle, El Camino & Monte Carlo Cowl Induction Air Cleaner. This recognition underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers, and we are proud to be acknowledged for our dedication to automotive excellence.
After two successful days at the SEMA Show, OPGI finally had the pleasure of reuniting with our friend, Adrienne Janic. OPGI has enjoyed a longstanding collaboration with AJ on numerous marketing efforts, such as hit shows like Overhaulin and Fully Torqued. She graciously took the time to meet and greet her fans, plus she was able to reunite with her dear friend Chip Foose.
As we walked through the SEMA Show, we were excited to see Ryan “Ryno” Lieberman’s 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle at the MB Quarts booth, showcasing remarkable attention to detail. We also provided several RESTOPARTS® that Ryno needed to help with the final touches.
At the end of a long week, we were greeted by the enthusiastic and vibrant personality of Collete Davis, a professional race car driver, drift driver, and the national TV host of ‘Helping Hands Garage,’ premiering in early 2024 on Speedvision. Meeting her was a pleasure, and we are proud to be part of her upcoming series, where our RESTOPARTS® contribution to a Chevelle takes center stage.
Big thanks to all of you for exploring OPGI’s 2023 SEMA Show highlights with us! We trust you’ve enjoyed our week-long event recap. Keep scrolling for more OPGI classics from the show.
