This past weekend, the 35th Annual Seal Beach Classic Car Show was hosted by the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce. It is popularly known as Southern California’s most scenic and beloved Classic Car Show. People from all over came to enjoy a day of restored classics as attendees, participants, and spectators. It was definitely one for the books!
The number of Classic Cars, Hot Rods, Custom Rides, and Antiques present at the show this year increased from the usual 500 to over 600 vehicles. Although we are not surprised by the rise in show registrants, we were amazed by the quality of everyone’s rides and OPGI was proud to be the Title Sponsor of the 35th Annual Seal Beach Classic Car Show.
Contributing to the turnout, we brought three of our GM Classics to the show this year: a 1968 Pontiac GTO, a 1968 Cadillac DeVille, and a 1970 Oldsmobile 4-4-2. The Olds caught the eye of Devin Hitchens, an artist from Long Beach, California. Check out his incredible masterpiece below!
There were so many OPGI-covered vehicles at the car show this year, including tons of Rivieras, Chevelles, GTOs, El Caminos, Oldsmobiles, and Cadillacs. We have the pictures to prove it! Take a look and don’t forget to scroll all the way down to see who took home the Original Parts Group award.
OPGI employee Dennis Resinger presented the Original Parts Group award to a 1964 Chevelle owned by loyal customer Josh Pena.
