When the Skylark received a major facelift to a more conventional style in 1963, sales skyrocketed and Buick sold over 42,000. In 1964 Buick increased the Skylark from a compact to the new GM intermediate A-body platform, with a wheelbase of 115 inches. Original Parts Group was pleased to attend The Grand National Roadster Show last weekend. It was the annual show's 72nd year hosting the longest-running indoor car show in the world. In fact, over 500 show vehicles were on display inside the Fairplex building, including OPGI's 1966 Pontiac GTO, "The Tribute". Did you know that Original Parts Group was awarded “Best GM Restored Vehicle” for our 1967 Buick GS 400 at the SEMA Show in 2009? in fact, that was the 3rd year in a row that OPGI was presented with the prestigious award.
