A New Project Car: Kyle Lindsey’s ’69 Chevelle Sedan

Original Parts Group is excited to announce a new project we have been working on with YouTube personality Kyle Lindsey. You might be familiar with Kyle's channel SaabKyle04, named after his first car in 2004. Kyle's YouTube started off with in-depth car review videos and has since evolved into a collection of project car series. The next project Kyle has lined up is a 1969 Chevelle Malibu Sedan. (more…)

We thrive not only on providing you with quality Product and Customer Service but also on providing you with quality Car Shows. With…

The Story of Original Parts Group’s 1966 SS 396 Chevelle

Why the Original Parts Group’s 1966 SS396 Chevelle has so many rare options will forever remain a mystery. OPG’s Project Corvair Spyder Is Rusty, Wrecked, and Restoration Ready

Our East Coast customers are the best, and they have it harder than the rest of us who restore old cars. Why? Take a look at the images of our stripped 1964 Corvair Spyder convertible to see what we mean. Purchased from the third owner in Long Island, New York, the rust is actually not as bad as we’ve seen in many east coast projects. (more…)

1964 Corvair Monza Spyder Project: Bodywork

While our guys here at Original Parts Group worked on the getting the inside right, we sent the body off to Elite Restoration in Bellflower CA. As you can see in the gallery below, some pieces of the body were beyond repair. Luckily the guys over at Elite Restoration had a bit more leeway pulling sections from a '62 Corvair junker acquired by OPGI. Next up, engine work, suspension, and brakes. Keep an eye out for our next blog post documenting…
