Hello I order floor mats with montecarlo logo and they ship wrong ones so last week
wednesday the th12th I received them on thursday the 13th I send the pkg. back and on Monday the 17th I spoke to an associate and said they were going to ship them asap which they did,I received today and again they sent me the wrong ones with El Camino logo,wanted to know whats going on am I going to get what I order for?

I just received a second headliner from you. I know that you guys never have any stock and you say it will be delivered soon but to be honest if I waited for all the parts you said you had and then sent a notice later on when it was supposed to arrive that it in now on back order. I will never get this vehicle finished. I need to know what I have to do to get this item returned and my account credited back.
