A Notice to Our Customers

OUR SHOWROOM IS OPEN
We will continue our commitment to prioritize the safety of both employees and customers. Since May 24, 2020, the State of California has deemed Orange County to be a safe place to open our showroom to the public once again – with conditions. Our showroom will be open during the hours of 8am to 5pm M-F and Sat 10am to 3pm. Based upon the CDC guidelines, we ask that customers wear a mask or bandana for protection to self and others, no admittance in our showroom without one. For the time being, we are limiting the number of customers that can be in our showroom at one time. For this reason, when shopping in person we are requesting that you call in your order ahead of time to allow us to prepare your order and get you going quickly. In the event our showroom is busier than usual, we ask that you please be respectful of others by practicing safe distancing measures and mind the queue just outside our showroom door.

As always, our website is open 24/7 to accept online orders. It is fast, there is no wait time and you can efficiently capture the parts you need to get your order into the shipping queue immediately.

Despite the unprecedented challenges posed by COVID-19, Original Parts Group is very much open for business. Our supply chain is controlled, distributed and durable which means we continue to stock, source and deliver the restoration and performance parts you need.
Shipping & Our Fulfillment Center
Original Parts Group is on a normal shipping schedule. Most orders for in-stock merchandise ship the same day or next day as received.
Customer Service & Sales Team
Many in our sales and customer service team are working remotely, but with the Stay at Home Order lifted in California, some will begin reporting back to our headquarters and distribution center in Seal Beach California soon. We apologize if you’ve called us and have experienced wait times that are several minutes. Due to the current heavy call volume, if you experience long hold times we suggest that you use our online website, OPGI.COM to place an order, review product videos, check stock, check pricing, check fitment, order a catalog or any other informative information you may need that can be found on our site. We continue to adhere to recommended hygiene and social distancing practices, and we’ve maintained increased janitorial services to preserve a clean, healthy work environment.
