Over 600 air-cooled Corvairs converged in Pittsburgh for the 48th International Corvair Convention July 23-28, 2018. Since Original Parts Group is getting ready to launch a full line of Corvair parts and components, we thought we’d check out what one of the largest Corvair gatherings was like. Everything from Rampsides to Yenkos and Sprints showed up, with many sporting the Spyder turbocharged option found new on 1962-64 Corvairs. Over six days the Corvair faithful saw plenty of vendors in a large swap area, a huge Concours with perfectly restored Corvairs, a dinner cruise and Pittsburgh Pirates game. Check out our gallery of just some of the shots we got as we cruised the convention.
